Your plan separates the 1-inch service trigger from storm depth and repeat visits. Ask for a written breakdown for 1–3 inches, over 3–6 inches, over 6–9 inches, and over 9 inches. We confirm what your plan includes, how accumulation is measured, and any additional charge before the season starts. Mid-storm passes, town-plow berm return visits, and snow relocation are separate options; nothing is added without agreed terms.

Plan A ($500) and Plan B ($750) each cover up to 10 storms of 1 inch or more, with priority on the route, and the price is set before the season. The per-storm option is $50-75 per storm and you pay after each storm. A season plan is simpler to budget; per-storm billing suits a second home or a lighter winter. We can quote both so you can compare.

Each storm of 1 inch or more after the 10th is $40 on Plan A and $55 on Plan B, billed after the storm. If the winter has fewer than 10 storms, the season price stays the same. We text you when you reach storm 8 and storm 10 so you always know the count.

You can reserve your plan online with a deposit: $200 on Plan A, $250 on Plan B. The deposit covers your first two visits and is applied to your season total, and your sign-up order sets your place on the route. The balance is billed in two equal payments on December 15 and January 15. Prefer a written quote first? Request one below. Per-storm customers pay after each storm. No contract.

Ice melt is an add-on: $10 per application or $60 for the season. Snow clearing is separate from ice treatment, and we do not guarantee any surface against ice.

1 inch. Once 1 inch or more has fallen, you're on the route. It's written into your plan so you know exactly what to expect.

We clear driveways with a Toro Power Clear 721 E snow blower and use commercial shovels for walkways, steps and detail work. Plan A includes walkways, steps and a short driveway; walkways and steps can be added to Plan B. Your written quote lists the surfaces included. We do not use a truck-mounted plow.

Yes. Maine Lawn & Landscape is fully insured with general liability coverage. Ask and we'll send proof of insurance.

Now. Sign-ups are open, and your sign-up order sets your place on the route: earlier sign-up means earlier cleanup after each storm. Snow routes also fill based on how close homes are to each other, so getting your address in early gives us the best chance to fit you in. We do not promise a specific start date.
