Small yard
Up to ¼ acre · light to moderate leaves
$85/hr, 2-hour minimum. Leaves cleared from lawn and beds, final cut, driveway and walks blown off.
Medium yard
¼ – ½ acre · a few mature trees
An estimate, not a fixed price. Full cleanup of lawn, beds, and fence lines, final cut, and hard surfaces blown clean.

When you book a fall cleanup, you can also lock in weekly mowing for 2027 and get on our winter snow route (season plans from $500 or $750, up to 10 storms included, or $50-75 per storm, with the scope and price confirmed in your written quote). Lawn mowing starts at $65 per cut, set by your yard size, with your exact rate confirmed in writing.
No 10–15% increase next year on the agreed work.$0 down. Written service agreement required. The fall cleanup is a paid service. Your written agreement lists the property, the covered mowing, and your locked 2027 rate. Added or changed work is quoted separately.

Are you insured?
Yes. Maine Lawn & Landscape is fully insured with general liability coverage. If you'd like proof of insurance before we start, just ask and we'll send it.
When do fall cleanups happen?
In Southern Maine, most cleanups run from late October into November, once most of the leaves are down. Weather can shift dates. Your available date is confirmed in your written quote. If leaves are still falling or already covering the lawn, use our cleanup timing checklist to prepare the scheduling conversation.
What happens to the leaves?
Tell us what you prefer in the notes on the form. How the leaves are removed or disposed of is written into your quote, so there are no surprises on the day.
Do I have to be home?
No. Keep gates unlocked and pets inside. We send photos of the finished yard to your phone when the job is done.

How does the 2027 rate lock work?
When you book a paid fall cleanup, you can lock in weekly mowing for 2027 at the rate in your written agreement. $0 down. The lock covers the property and mowing listed in the agreement. Added or changed work is quoted separately. Sending the form alone doesn't book service or lock a rate.
Do I need a contract for fall cleanup?
No contract is required for fall cleanup. Your written quote confirms the property, work, price and available date before scheduling. The optional 2027 mowing rate lock has its own written agreement confirming the covered mowing and locked rate.
