A better starting point

You have a business to run. Start with a clear plan.

Grounds care should not depend on someone remembering to call each time the lawn needs attention. Agree the work, frequency, and communication before the season starts.

01

Sized to the actual property

A small office lawn gets a site-specific scope, not an oversized package.

02

Working hours considered

Discuss staff parking, visitor access, entrances, and the best service window.

03

A clear point of contact

Set out who approves extra work and how property questions should be handled.

Build your property brief

Choose the work. We’ll review the details.

Tell us what you want handled. The proposal will distinguish the recurring visit from occasional or seasonal work.

A few practical
questions.

Portland, South Portland, Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, Westbrook, Gorham, Falmouth, and nearby Southern Maine communities. Coverage is confirmed by address.

How does the fall cleanup and 2027 price lock work?

Request a quote now. We’ll confirm the property’s fall cleanup scope, price, and available date, then put the 2027 services and locked price in writing. Fall cleanup is a paid service. The lock applies to the agreed property and scope; additional work or changes are quoted separately. A form submission alone does not book service or lock a price.

Will the price go up by 10–15% in 2027?

Not for the work covered by your price-lock agreement. Book your fall cleanup and agree the 2027 plan now to keep that quoted rate for next year. The written proposal identifies the covered services, frequency, and property.

When should we get on the fall schedule?

Request your quote now so we can review the property and available service windows before the fall calendar fills. Your service date is confirmed after the scope and price are accepted. Weather and site conditions can affect cleanup timing.

Do you handle small business properties?

We review small office and business sites as well as larger properties. Send the address so we can check the grounds, equipment access, and route fit.

Who should be our contact?

An owner, office manager, or facilities coordinator who can discuss access, approve the scope, and receive the proposal.

Do you charge more just because it is a business?

The quote reflects the work: area, obstacles, access, travel, scheduling requirements, and agreed services. We review the site before setting a price.

Can I start with mowing only?

Yes. Ask for the recurring mowing scope first. Cleanup, beds, mulch, and shrubs can be reviewed separately.

How is the price worked out?

The quote reflects the full visit: lawn area, trimming, obstacles, slopes, access, travel, visit frequency, and any site-specific requirements. The written scope sets the price. Monthly installments can be discussed for an agreed seasonal total; optional work is separate.

Is snow removal part of this offer?

These pages are for lawn and grounds care. Snow or ice services are not included in the mowing proposal and would require a separate scope, capacity review, and written agreement.
