WHAT THESE ARE
Each skill is a set of instructions Claude follows for one lawn care job, written by a working lawn care owner. You add a skill to Claude once, then say one sentence and it does the job with your prices, your towns and your voice. Every skill drafts. Nothing sends, posts, texts or spends without your yes.


WHAT YOU NEED
- A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) and the Claude desktop app: https://claude.ai/download

HOW TO ADD A SKILL (2 minutes)
Claude app: Settings > Capabilities > turn on "Code execution and file creation" > Skills > Upload skill > pick the skill's .zip (don't unzip it). Make sure its toggle is on.
Claude Code: unzip the skill into ~/.claude/skills/ (one folder per skill).
Then start a new chat and say the sentence.


STEP 1 FOR EVERYONE: SET UP YOUR COMPANY
Add Lawn Onboard first and say:  set me up
It asks a few questions one at a time (towns, services, prices, voice, insurance wording) and saves your company profile so every other skill already knows your business. At the end it asks a few yes/no questions and tells you which skills to use first.


WHERE TO START, BASED ON YOUR BUSINESS
Answer these honestly. Each "yes" points to a skill.

Do you have a list of past customers who didn't come back?
  Start with: Customer Reactivation. Say: reactivate my old customers
  Why: past customers are the fastest money in a lawn business.

Do calls go to voicemail while you're on the mower?
  Start with: Missed-Call Text Back (cheapest fix). Say: set up missed call text back
  Then: AI Receptionist Builder (answers every call). Say: build my AI receptionist

Do people ask questions on your website at night?
  Use: Website Chatbot Builder. Say: build my website chatbot

Do you price lawns from a gut feel?
  Use: Lawn Quote Builder. Say: quote this lawn: 6,500 sq ft in Gorham, weekly

Do new leads go quiet after the first message?
  Use: Lead Reply + Follow-Up. Say: new lead: (paste the message)

Fewer than about 50 Google reviews?
  Use: Review Request + Reply. Say: write my review request

Running Google ads, or want to?
  Use: Google Ads Builder. Say: build my Google ads

Running Facebook or Instagram ads, or want to?
  Use: Facebook & Instagram Ads. Say: build my Facebook ads

TIPS
- Talk to it like you'd talk to an office manager. Short is fine.
- Drag in photos, price sheets, customer lists or screenshots. It reads them.
- Say "update my profile" any time your prices or towns change.
- Every skill shows you the draft first. You send it.
